1) Request Types
- Access request: ask what personal information we hold and how it is used or disclosed.
- Correction request: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Consent withdrawal request: withdraw consent for non-essential processing where applicable.
- Deletion request: request deletion where retention is not required by law or legitimate business obligations.
2) How to Submit
Email your request to [email protected] with subject line Privacy Request.
Include:
- your full name,
- the email address and phone number you used with us,
- your request type and requested action,
- enough detail for us to locate the relevant records.
3) Verification
To protect your privacy, we may request reasonable identity verification before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information.
4) Response Timelines
We aim to respond with due diligence and within applicable legal timelines. Under widely used Canadian private-sector request standards, organizations typically respond within 30 calendar days, with limited extension rights in specific cases. If an extension is required, we will provide notice where applicable.
5) Limits and Exceptions
Some records may be retained or redacted when required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, or where disclosure would affect another person rights.
